How does your service work – 

Our process is really straight forward!
1. Send us photographs or a floorplan of your property
2. We will send you your quote
3. On acceptance we book in a date for your installation & take full payment
4. On our agreed we date, we install within 24 hours
5. You will receive your edited photographs within 48 hours. (in certain packages)

Do you provide photographs –

Yes! We include photographs in all of our packages. However, please note that we only provide professionally edited versions in our Stage for Sale Package.

What areas do you operate in –

We furnish properties NATIONWIDE for Serviced Accommodation, HMO, BTL & Student Accommodation.

Can I rent furniture – 

We only offer furniture rental in our “Staging for Sale” package. We can offer furniture ‘leasing’ for Serviced Accommodation, HMO or BTL as this is done via one of our finance partners.

Do you provide window treatments –

We don’t provide window dressings however we would recommend keeping it really neutral e.g white roller blinds.

What colour should I choose for walls & carpets –

We suggest a grey carpet & grey walls or white walls. It’s really modern & that Is what will go best with the furniture.

Can I do it cheaper myself –

Our quote includes us providing everything to you at cost and then we add our fee. You would find it difficult to personally buy everything you need at the same cost & particularly quality. We manufacture the majority of our own furniture & pass this saving to you.
Plus if you factor in your own time, it can take up to two weeks to furnish a property. We complete an installation within 24 hours
